1 1/2 pounds skinless chicken thighs
3 leeks cut into bite size pieces
    8 ounces mushrooms, sliced

    salt, to taste
1 10 ounce package frozen sweet corn
    1/3 cup heavy cream
    1 tablespoon chopped Italian parsley

    Instructions:
    1. Place potatoes in slow cooker. Add chicken, leeks, wine, and approximately 1 teaspoon salt.
    2. Cook in slow cooker for 3 to 4 hours on high or 6 to 7 hours on low.
    3. Add the mushrooms, corn and cream. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes more. Top with parsley and serve.
