Ingredients:
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 tablespoons light brown sugar
1/4 cup Muscat wine
1 pint fresh raspberries
pinch of cinnamon
Instructions:
1. Melt butter in a skillet.
2. Add brown sugar and stir occasionally over medium heat until dissolved.
3.Stir in the Muscat, raspberries, and cinnamon. Cook slowly for about 10 minutes until berries are broken up.
4. Let cool slightly before serving over ice cream, cheesecake or other dessert.
