Cooking With Wine Recipes
Wine is a wonderful ingredient to add flavor to our meals. Cooking with wine means using wine for marinating, in reduction sauces, or as a flavoring. Adding wine to a recipe can enhance and intensify the flavors of the food and help create an unforgettable meal. All types of wine can be used in cooking.
Select a good quality wine, one that you would also enjoy drinking. Do not use wines labeled as "cooking wines". These are typically located in the seasoning aisle of the grocery store and tend to be extremely salty. They will not add to the quality of your meal.
Our wine newsletter, Cheers2Wine News is published each month and always contains two or three delicious recipes. Click on one of these fabulous recipes below and scroll down to the end of that newsletter where you will find the recipe.
