White Wine Sauce Recipe
You'll love this white wine sauce recipe. This classic wine sauce is versatile. You can serve it over chicken, pasta, fish, broccoli, or whatever you can think of. Wine Pairing: Drink the same Chardonnay that you use to prepare this white wine sauce. We'd suggest an old favorite of ours, Bernardus Chardonnay We love the flavors of lemon and pear and the long creamy finish. This Monterey Chardonnay is a rich treat that will pair quite well with this dish.
