There are many Dry Creek Valley wineries located in and around Healdsburg in Sonoma County. It's a beautiful area for a wine tour.
Healdsburg is an historic town built around a central downtown square. This is a great place to park your car and set out on foot to discover the charms of the small town. You will find about ten wine tasting rooms located in the downtown area and many unique shops, bakeries, and restaurants.
Don't miss the winding country roads outside of the town where you will find more great Dry Creek Valley wineries and can enjoy the scenic rolling hills.

This Dry Creek winery produces Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Zinfandel, and Cabernet Sauvignon. They are probably most well known for their Zinfandel, Poizin, whose bottle comes etched with red skull and is wrapped in a coffin.

If you are visiting the San Francisco area, it's worth a visit to the wine tasting room where their winery is located in Alameda.
